Alpha Theory Help Center articles are only accessible to clients signed in to Zendesk.
If you have not completed your Zendesk registration, follow the steps listed below:
- Select the "Sign in" link located at the top right of the Help Center
- At the following pop-up, proceed with the option that is applicable to your situation
- If you have communicated with our support staff through a prior support ticket, you are already registered and can use the "Get a password" link. You will receive an email to reset your password.
- If you have not submitted a prior support ticket and only communicated with support@alphatheory.com via email, use the "Sign up" link, provide your full name and email associated with your Alpha Theory account. You will receive an email to verify your email and create a password.
- If you have communicated with our support staff through a prior support ticket, you are already registered and can use the "Get a password" link. You will receive an email to reset your password.
- Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to sign into the Alpha Theory Help Center and view the articles.
