How to Contact Support From Excel Connect

• Alpha Theory Support can be contacted directly from the ribbon in Excel Connect. In the ribbon, find the button titled Contact Support and click on it.
• A pop up will appear with a contact number and the ability to email support by clicking “yes”.
• Clicking yes will take you directly to your email to contact Alpha Theory Support.
